With over 25 years as an RVT and nearly two decades in management, Tracey Ruzicka brings deep expertise in both companion and large animal care. Originally from Saskatchewan, she moved to Calgary in 2000 and has dedicated her career to supporting veterinary teams and the pets they care for.
Tracey loves the ever-changing nature of veterinary medicine, finding excitement in helping people and animals every day — something she describes as feeling like a superhero. At home, she shares her life with two cats, Kokanee and Frankie Blue Eyes.
A passionate Saskatchewan Roughriders fan, Tracey has even had her 15 minutes of fame on TSN, much to the delight of her family (and her mother’s Christmas newsletter).
Marlo Lowen
Partner
Marlo, originally from a small town in Manitoba, spent her early years on a farm before relocating to Calgary. Her veterinary career began at 16, where she quickly immersed herself in every aspect of clinic operations. She played a key role in establishing and growing two successful small animal clinics in Calgary. With over 30 years of experience in veterinary clinic management and ownership, Marlo is deeply invested in community engagement and actively participates in local initiatives. Her lifelong involvement in the veterinary field fuels her passion for compassionate pet care. Supported by a team of exceptional doctors, technicians, and support staff, Marlo is excited to meet you and your pets. She looks forward to contributing to their ongoing health and well-being.
Stacy Benson
Administrative and Marketing Assistant
Stacy Benson brings people and excitement into the act of doing business, maximizes efficiencies and productivity and has a great sense of community!
Born and raised in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, with a passion for music, dance, and theatre, Stacy made her way to study film and television in Vancouver shortly after high school, where she spent seven exciting years feeding her love of the arts. The call of Southern Alberta brought her back in 2014, where she met her husband, and she now resides in Pincher Creek.
When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys adventuring with her husband, toddler and two dogs. They love fly fishing, snowboarding and camping. She also will never turn down a day at the spa.

Nathalie has over 20 years of accounting experience. She has always enjoyed working with numbers and loves working in an environment where every detail matters. During her spare time, she enjoys painting, camping and spending time with her husband and their two spoiled dogs.

Over the last 10 years, Andrea has worked with teams to help them attract and retain the best talent, streamline talent processes, and showcase the importance of employer brand. Andrea is passionate about matching the right people to the right opportunities and is excited about the opportunity to share Mosaic’s special story with the world.
Andrea lives in Calgary, AB, with her husband, son, and her rambunctious springer spaniel. When she isn’t chasing around a toddler, you’ll likely find her taking part in an outdoor activity or baking up a storm in the kitchen!
Nirmala Shetty
Accounting Manager, PCP
With a Master’s degree in Commerce specializing in Accounting and a robust background in small business finance management, Nirmala has cultivated a diverse career spanning across India and Canada.
Originally from India, Nirmala’s Canadian journey began in the construction sector, where her affinity for numbers and passion for problem-solving became evident. She quickly transitioned into accounting roles, demonstrating a commitment to integrity, transparency, and objectivity in financial management.
Certified as a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), Nirmala ensures meticulous adherence to regulations at Mosaic, allowing our team to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional veterinary care. Her experience includes collaborating with stakeholders globally, managing expectations to foster strong partnerships and drive mutual success. Her commitment to continuous improvement by optimizing processes contributes to achieving organizational goals.
Outside of work, Nirmala enjoys exploring nature with her family, hiking new trails, discovering new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
Dr. Greg Andrews
Executive Chairman/Past President
Dr. Greg Andrews is an Equine Veterinarian who has practiced in the Calgary area for 37 years and previously held the position of CEO at Canada’s largest equine practice, Moore Equine Veterinary Centre. In 2016, Dr. Andrews and a group of like-minded veterinarians founded Mosaic Veterinary Partners, which he led as CEO until late 2022. Dr. Andrews is now involved with the Mosaic team as Executive Chairman and is proud to be ICD.D certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Throughout his career, Dr. Andrews has been the President of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association and Western Canadian Association of Equine Practitioners. He has been involved with the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and Equine Canada. He has served on the advisory boards of the University of Calgary’s School of Veterinary Medicine and the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Andrews both initiated and chaired Business Infusions Ltd., a leading equine software provider, and served as Board Chairman of CNAD Ltd., a private bioinformatics/genomics company based out of Calgary and Austria. In his spare time, Dr. Andrews loves nothing more than letting nature challenge his body on his bike or skis, and is equally as passionate about challenging his mind through his board and business engagements.
Dr. Jonathan Leicht
CEO/President
Dr. Jonathan Leicht received his BSc. in Agriculture, Animal Sciences with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan before completing his DVM degree at WCVM in 2009. Over the past 10 + years, Jonathan has worked in clinical practice as well as in a wide range of progressive leadership positions, including veterinary sales and operations in general practice, emergency, and specialty settings. In 2021, Jonathan joined as a partner with Mosaic Veterinary Partners, becoming its CEO in October 2022. Jonathan is passionate about helping guide and grow veterinary businesses, as well as helping team members achieve greater success in their own careers. When he’s not working or recording The Veterinary Project’s weekly podcast, you will find him outside with his wife and two kids skating, skiing, and exploring the world together.
David Gordon, CFO, CFA
Partner
David is an experienced CFO for both public and private corporations, including financial reporting on IFRS standards. He has 18 years of management (including a CEO role) and financial experience leading enterprise-scale projects in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Energy, Real Estate, Utilities, and Financial Products for public and private companies such as Enbridge Inc., Suncor Energy, the City of Calgary, and more than a dozen small-cap public companies. His acumen in financial reporting, corporate valuations, business analytics, and development of key-value drivers, combined with management of people, processes, and resources, positions him as a key executive for firms navigating growth and change and seeking performance optimization. Mr. Gordon has developed strategies and tactics at the C-suite level and then managed implementation to attain the results. Examples include turnarounds, restructurings, start-ups, employee re-sizing and relocations, facility expansions, and sales/marketing plans. He has co-managed a $3.0 BN North American equity fund, and he has raised over $100M in public and private capital syndicates for various SMEs and middle-market companies, including during his time as an investment banker with CIBC. Mr. Gordon holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He earned a degree in Business Commerce from the University of Calgary in 2003.
Juliette Rosiechuk

Juliette is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a fervour for enhancing employee engagement, team development, and the establishment of effective systems and processes that contribute significantly to organizational triumph. With a track record spanning over two decades, she has held leadership roles in HR across diverse industries, priding herself on fostering cultures of growth and learning within the companies she has been associated with.
Juliette’s thirst for continual personal development propels her forward, and she finds immense satisfaction in collaborating with both employees and leadership to elevate the overall employee work experience. Outside her professional journey, Juliette and her husband take pleasure in travelling and RV adventures. After spending the past 25 years in the Calgary area, they are excited to have returned to central Alberta.
